Fadzai has a background is in venture capital, corporate finance, and impact investing across diverse sectors, with a focus on Tech, Impact and Energy.

The journey into her investment career began in 2021 at Hlayisani Capital, a prominent South African Venture Capital Fund, where she played a pivotal role in fund’s portfolio management as well as deal life-cycles. This included research, investment proposals and due diligence processes. Transitioning to Siyakha Consulting in 2023 as an Investment Analyst in the corporate advisory division, Fadzai continued to develop in stakeholder engagement, research, financial modeling, and impact analysis.

Fadzai holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IU International University of
Applied Sciences, Germany. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in
Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, both from the University of
Johannesburg
