HISTORY
Itai Capital is an Investment Holding and Corporate Finance Advisory firm founded by Ernest Kwinda in
2016. Itai Investments subsequently co-founded by Ernest and Eugene Govender to pursue
principal investment opportunities, whilst continuing to build the advisory business. Itai
Capital’s primary focus is on principal investments and corporate finance advisory.
