These have included Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) / Equity follow on offerings, Bond offerings and restructurings. Assisting mostly South African companies locally or in their global expansion strategies and global companies looking to grow in South Africa / exit South Africa. Adept at managing legislative and regulatory compliance throughout all forms of investment and across international territories. Eugene started his career with Edcon (Retail), in the capacity as a financial manager and later joined Bank of America Securities where he spent the majority of his investment banking career advising some of the largest corporates in South Africa across multiple transactions both locally and internationally.
